David has over thirty-five years of commercial real estate experience encompassing every facet of management, leasing, construction and development. He is a licensed real estate broker.

After graduation from Georgetown University, David joined his father, Joseph, in S.P. Vasile & Sons, Inc. as the third generation in construction, development and property management. As Executive Vice president of S.P. Vasile & Sons, he directed the development, construction and operation of major commercial properties throughout Monroe County. He later founded his own company, David A. Vasile, Inc. and completed a wide variety f office, industrial and housing projects. For independent investor's, David's management, brokerage and construction knowledge provides a level of expertise not found in any other property management company in the Rochester area.

Lynne Vasile

Lynne Vasile brings many years of residential, commercial and international operations/marketing experience to the company. She obtained her Real Estate Sales License in 1991 and has been active in many areas of the business.

From 1977 to 1986 Lynne worked for Harris Corporation/RF Communications of Rochester which gave her experience in supporting several overseas offices and Rochester program management personnel.

Her experience in residential real estate comes from her years at a local ERA Real Estate office from 1988 to 1991. There she supported the company owners/brokers and their sales associates. Lynne also worked from 1991 through 1995 with Realty Performance Group, a Property Management company, as a Leasing Consultant as well as the Office Manager.

Dagmar Doland

Dagmar has spent many years in the food service industry in various customer service positions progressing up the ranks to Catering supervisor. When her company lost its contract at a major corporation, she took her people skills to Bryant and Stratton College and received a degree in Administration.

She fills our Administrative Assistant position and helps our office run smoothly and efficiently.

William Shattuck

William Shattuck has been in the Property Management and Construction field for over 20 years. He started with Greece Remodeling, doing home additions and renovations.

He then worked for HUD Housing / Rochester Housing Preservation, providing vast improvements to multiple and single-family dwellings. He also contracted work for large residential investment properties.

William has been with David A. Vasile, Inc. since 1989. He is the Supervisor for the entire Maintenance Staff and the Building Services department, which include all Commercial and Residential properties.

Bob Shattuck
Maintenance
Bob is currently in charge of our residential rental properties in Rochester. He divides his time between the office and traveling between the properties taking care of tenant concerns. With a wide range of expertise, Bob has been a valued member of the Vasile team for years.

Robert E. Moore
Director of Finance
Working as our acting Consultant for the Management Systems at David A. Vasile, Inc., Bob is retired from Deloitte Touche, LLP. While there, he was Managing Partner for the Rochester Office.

Meredith O'Brien Green
Administrative Assistant
Computer/Advertising/Webpage
Meredith has been a member of the Vasile team since 2000 and has worked in a variety of capacities at the office from administrative to real estate advertsing to webpage administation. Currently, she assists Dagmar and Lynne in daily administrative duties and directs phone traffic to the appropriate individual. She is also responsible for our companies webpage and advertising brochures.

Meredith is a 1999 graduate of Keuka College.
